this craft is short and sweet and something that the littles easily delighted in. even the older kids could appreciate Charlie’s Cuteness.
We found these smooth black rocks in the craft section at Walmart for only a few dollars, as `well as some sticker googly eyes. however, the rocks were too smooth for the eyes to stick, so in came the hot glue gun!
in the end, the eyes were still prone to come off if handled enough. In the future, it’d be best to use a courser rock to hold the eyes on more securely, but that didn’t stop us from admiring the memory of a very special golem named Charlie every time we caught sight of them.
